Cartella Continuity

All policies on the mobile application govern your visit to Cartella. If any provision of the Terms and the Privacy Policy is held to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

What is the applicable law and dispute resolution mechanism?

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be finally resolved by arbitration under the arbitration rules of the Cairo Regional Center for International Commercial Arbitration, the number of arbitrators shall be one. The language used in the arbitration shall be Arabic.
